Admach Systems Limited has secured a new purchase order valued at ₹1.65 crore for the supply of a Main System and an Automatic Calibration Station to a domestic customer operating in India’s steel industry. The contract marks another important addition to the company’s growing order book and highlights its expanding role as a provider of specialized industrial automation and engineering solutions for the manufacturing sector.

The order reflects increasing demand for advanced automation technologies across India’s steel industry as manufacturers continue to invest in productivity improvements, process optimization, and quality enhancement initiatives. As steel producers seek greater operational efficiency and precision in their manufacturing processes, customized automation systems are becoming an increasingly important component of modern production facilities.

Under the terms of the agreement, Admach Systems will be responsible for the design, engineering, manufacturing, and delivery of the customized equipment. The solution has been specifically developed to meet the customer’s operational and technical requirements, demonstrating the company’s capability to deliver tailored automation systems for complex industrial applications. The project is expected to be completed within a period of eight to ten months from the date of order confirmation, with the equipment supplied directly to the customer’s site on a door-delivery basis.

A notable aspect of the contract is its structured payment mechanism, which has been secured through a 100 percent irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC). This arrangement provides financial security for project execution and reflects a well-defined framework that supports smooth implementation and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

According to the agreed payment schedule, 15 percent of the contract value will be released upon submission of an Advance Bank Guarantee. A further 15 percent payment will be made after the customer approves the equipment layout and engineering design. The largest portion of the contract value, representing 50 percent of the project cost along with applicable taxes, will be paid following successful inspection and acceptance of the equipment prior to shipment.

An additional 10 percent payment will be released after the machinery reaches the project site, while the remaining balance will be paid upon successful installation and commissioning of the system against the submission of a Performance Bank Guarantee. This milestone-based payment structure ensures accountability at every stage of the project while aligning payment releases with project progress and performance verification.

The company has confirmed that the transaction has been executed on a purely arm’s-length basis and does not constitute a related-party transaction. Admach Systems further clarified that neither its promoters nor any promoter group entities have a financial interest in the order, reinforcing transparency and adherence to corporate governance standards.

The latest order highlights Admach Systems’ growing reputation within India’s industrial automation sector. The company has established itself as a specialist manufacturer of customized special-purpose machinery and automation solutions serving a broad range of industries, including steel, automotive, engineering, tooling, and food processing. Its ability to design and deliver highly customized equipment has enabled the company to build strong relationships with manufacturers seeking solutions tailored to specific production requirements.

Admach’s product portfolio includes black bar handling systems, bright bar processing lines, straightening and chamfering machines, grinding systems, super-finishing equipment, automatic calibration solutions, and a variety of specialized production technologies. These systems are designed to enhance manufacturing efficiency, improve product quality, reduce manual intervention, and support greater process consistency across industrial operations.

The steel industry, in particular, has become a significant market for advanced automation technologies as manufacturers increasingly focus on achieving higher productivity levels while maintaining stringent quality standards. Automated handling, inspection, calibration, and processing systems play a critical role in modern steel production environments by reducing operational variability and improving throughput.

Based in Pune, Maharashtra, Admach Systems operates a manufacturing facility with an annual production capacity of 100 units. The company reported full utilization of this capacity during the financial year 2024-25, demonstrating strong market demand for its products and engineering services. Achieving 100 percent capacity utilization is a notable indicator of operational efficiency and reflects the company’s ability to consistently attract and execute specialized industrial projects.

The new order also aligns with broader trends in Indian manufacturing, where automation and digital technologies are becoming increasingly important drivers of competitiveness. Government initiatives promoting domestic manufacturing, infrastructure development, and industrial modernization have encouraged companies across sectors to invest in advanced production technologies that improve efficiency and support long-term growth.

As manufacturers continue to adopt automation solutions to enhance productivity and maintain quality standards, companies like Admach Systems are well positioned to benefit from rising demand for specialized engineering and automation expertise. The latest contract not only strengthens the company’s order pipeline but also reinforces its position as a trusted partner for industrial customers seeking customized machinery and automation solutions.

With a strong execution track record, expanding customer base, and growing presence across multiple industrial sectors, Admach Systems continues to build momentum in India’s industrial automation market. The ₹1.65 crore order represents another step forward in the company’s growth journey and highlights the increasing role of advanced automation technologies in supporting the future of Indian manufacturing.
