Hotpack to Create 250 Manufacturing Jobs in North Wales

Food and consumer good packaging giant Hotpack, has announced that it is investing over £50m in developing a manufacturing facility and regional head office in North Wales.

The new facility earmarked for Wrexham will see the disposable food packaging manufacturer create 250 jobs in the local area. Commenting upon this huge boost for the local economy, Mr Abdul Jebbar, the Group Managing Director for Hotpack says: “As part our global expansion plans, we are delighted to announce the investment and expansion into the UK. We are currently focusing on increasing our global footprint and are looking to establish the regional head office and manufacturing facility in Wales, UK.”

“Wrexham and the immediate area are rapidly emerging as a ‘Centre of excellence’ in advanced food technology and we look forward to bringing our 22 years of experience to enhance and support this sector with investment, job creation and training along with the very latest in production lines.”
