Ceratizit Names a New Global Key Account Manager

Craig Engler has been named worldwide key account manager at Ceratizit. Engler will be responsible for simplifying global communications and strengthening customer relationships in order to achieve corporate success. Engler will serve as a single point of contact for Ceratizit’s collaborators, clients, and integrators. Engler’s main goal, according to the firm, is to strengthen the company’s reputation for delivering customer-centric solutions that satisfy the increasing needs of its important global partners. Engler is believed to have created good ties with customers during his six years as Ceratizit’s national sales manager for the Midwest sales zone by assisting them in overcoming production and commercial challenges.

Engler formerly led sales, engineering, and integration efforts for a number of worldwide cutting tool manufacturers and distributors.
