JCB is ‘backing Britain’ with a ONE HUNDRED MILLION POUND investment in its global headquarters in Rocester, Staffordshire.

The digger manufacturer said the huge investment demonstrated its “long-term commitment to British industry” and will help to safeguard more than 8,000 jobs in the UK.

Valued at over £150 billion, the soaring global construction and agricultural equipment sectors are expanding at a phenomenal rate driven by urbanisation, population growth, and rising food demand.

Both sectors are producing increasingly sophisticated machinery. Quality standards are high and manufacturing processes are automated.

Excavators, bulldozers, tractors, diggers, harvesters and other farming and construction equipment must all bear permanent traceability markings, not only throughout their life, but also at all stages of production.

Quality is of paramount importance. Our industry-leading laboratory allows us to test the best laser or dot peen marking solutions on parts and is just one of the many reasons why companies like JCB, Manitou, Alstom, Volvo, John Deere, KUHN and Liebherr trust SIC Marking UK to deliver right first time, every time!
