SIC Marking were recently approached by a global OEM with a familiar conundrum – they needed to mark a DataMatrix and alphanumeric code on a battery tray within a robotic cell but:
🔹 The part is hard to position in a closed chamber because of its size
🔹 The cycle time is tight and requires rapid intervention
▶️ The solution: Using our innovative F.I.T LASER, the robot presents the part directly with no no need for a marking enclosure. Movements involving placing the part in the compartment and removing it were no longer necessary, guaranteeing a significant time saving.
