Prince Manufacturing Expands Tube Fabrication Capabilities with New Automated Laser Cutting System!
Prince Manufacturing has expanded its metal fabrication capabilities with the installation of a new Longxin automated laser tube cutting system at its manufacturing facility in Asheville, North Carolina. The investment significantly enhances the company’s tube processing capacity, enabling faster, more accurate, and highly automated production of tubular metal components for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). The new system strengthens Prince Manufacturing’s position as a full-service contract manufacturer while supporting the growing demand for precision-fabricated components across a wide range of industrial sectors.
As manufacturers increasingly seek suppliers capable of delivering high-quality fabricated components with shorter lead times and greater production flexibility, investments in advanced laser processing technology have become a key differentiator within the metal fabrication industry. Automated laser tube cutting systems not only improve production efficiency but also provide exceptional accuracy, repeatability, and design flexibility, allowing manufacturers to produce increasingly complex components while reducing waste and manual intervention.
The newly installed Longxin laser tube cutting system expands Prince Manufacturing’s ability to process tubular materials with diameters of up to three inches and lengths of up to 18 feet. Equipped with a fully automated material feed system, the machine enables continuous production with minimal operator involvement, improving throughput while ensuring consistent processing quality. Automation of material handling also reduces setup time and enhances productivity.
