We had the privilege of going behind the scenes at ZAYER, one of the world’s most respected machine tool manufacturers, to discover the engineering, innovation and ambition driving the company forward.
A huge thank you to Maite Ercilla Ballesteros and Fernando Arocena for giving us an in-depth look at the technology and capabilities behind the impressive KAIROS, alongside some of the advanced manufacturing solutions visitors will soon be able to experience at AMB 2026 and IMTS 2026.
But what really stood out was the momentum.
From expanding manufacturing facilities to strengthening its presence across new markets and industries, ZAYER is entering an exciting new chapter, and we got to see that growth firsthand.
And the journey didn’t stop there.
We were also incredibly fortunate to visit and film at one of ZAYER’s outstanding customer success stories, Industrias Hidráulicas Moros.
The scale of this operation is remarkable. Their sophisticated recycling systems achieve exceptional levels of material recovery and separation, while their collaboration with ZAYER enables them to machine components large and small with the precision, efficiency and reliability their operation demands.
