TRUMPF Inc. has appointed Maren Fleming as the new head of TruServices, placing her in charge of the company’s aftersales technology and service operations for machine tool customers across North America. In her new role, Fleming will oversee the full TruServices portfolio, which plays a critical role in supporting customers throughout the machine lifecycle. Fleming brings more than a decade of experience within TRUMPF, having joined the company in 2010. Over the years, she has built a broad understanding of the organization through roles in sales, marketing and order-to-cash management, before most recently serving as head of assembly. This cross-functional background positions her well to align service strategy with customer needs, operational realities and TRUMPF’s broader technology roadmap.

Her experience in assembly operations is particularly relevant as machine tools grow more complex and increasingly software-driven. With customers relying on tighter tolerances, automation and connected manufacturing systems, effective service support requires deep coordination between engineering, production, digital platforms and field service teams. Fleming’s leadership is expected to further integrate these elements, ensuring that TruServices delivers consistent, high-quality support across the North American market.
