VinFast Strengthens Philippines Expansion with 20,000 sqm Logistics and Service Hub!

VinFast has taken another significant step in its international expansion strategy by signing a strategic cooperation agreement with Bespoke Logistics to strengthen its logistics and aftersales capabilities for electric motorcycles in the Philippines. The partnership will establish an integrated mobility processing centre and an authorised service workshop, supporting the company’s growing electric mobility operations in one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing markets.

Under the agreement, Bespoke Logistics will manage a wide range of operational services, including warehousing, vehicle inspection, technical preparation, yard management, inventory handling, and transportation for VinFast’s electric motorcycles. The integrated facility, located in Carmona City, Cavite Province, spans approximately 20,000 square metres and has the capacity to accommodate up to 30,000 vehicles, making it a key logistics hub for VinFast’s Philippine operations.

The mobility processing centre will serve as the central point for preparing electric motorcycles before customer delivery. Every vehicle will undergo comprehensive pre-delivery inspections, technical checks, and quality assurance procedures to ensure it meets VinFast’s operational and quality standards before reaching customers. By centralising these activities, the company aims to improve delivery efficiency, enhance product quality, and streamline its supply chain operations.

In addition to logistics support, the partnership includes the establishment of a VinFast-authorised service workshop. The new facility will provide inspection, maintenance, repair, and servicing for electric motorcycles, strengthening the company’s aftersales network and improving long-term customer support across the Philippines.

Bespoke Logistics brings extensive experience in automotive logistics and currently provides services for several automotive brands operating in the Philippine market. Its expertise in pre-delivery inspection, warehousing, vehicle transportation, and inventory management is expected to support VinFast’s rapid market expansion while ensuring high operational standards throughout the vehicle delivery process.

The collaboration also extends beyond logistics to workforce development and operational excellence. VinFast and Bespoke Logistics will jointly implement technician training and certification programmes, establish standard operating procedures, strengthen quality control systems, and optimise spare parts management. These initiatives are designed to build a robust aftersales infrastructure capable of supporting increasing customer demand as VinFast expands its presence in the country.

Commenting on the partnership, Bui Viet Hung, Deputy CEO of Global Aftersales Service at VinFast, said the agreement represents an important milestone in strengthening the company’s distribution and aftersales capabilities while delivering service standards that align with VinFast’s global operations. He emphasised that the collaboration will enhance customer experience by ensuring efficient logistics, reliable vehicle preparation, and comprehensive aftersales support.
