Lantek has unveiled its latest V45 platform — a significant step forward in smarter, more connected manufacturing. At the heart of V45 is KAI, Lantek’s new AI-powered digital assistant. Integrated across multiple applications, KAI supports technicians throughout their daily workflows, simplifying tasks, improving decision-making and delivering greater consistency across production.
V45 also advances end-to-end integration, with Lantek Bend now connecting directly to the company’s cutting, MES and ERP systems. This continuous data flow from design through to final production reduces communication errors, improves traceability and enables faster order deliveries.
Programming tools Stackmaster and Lantek Expert have been updated to extend compatibility with new lift devices and improve system integration, reducing programming time and supporting more cost-effective production.
The latest MES generation offers enhanced transparency around delivery commitments and resource allocation. A modern web-based interface gives managers clearer visibility of shop floor performance, whilst expanded Machine Connectivity allows integration with virtually any machine.
V45 also advances Assembly to Nesting (A2N) for improved unfolding accuracy, updates Flex3D with native StruMIS and TELKA connectivity, and enhances iQuoting by connecting it with real-time CAD/CAM and MES/ERP data — enabling faster, more accurate estimates.
Adam Ball, UK Commercial Director at Lantek, commented: “V45 enables customers to achieve faster deliveries, better margins and greater material optimisation.”
