MACH Machine Tools, part of the Vigilance Group, has introduced two new DynaPath-controlled bed mills to its range — the MDM 700-AR and MDM 1000-AR.
Both machines feature powerful BT40 spindles operating at 5,000rpm, roller-type linear guideways, and sizeable worktables — up to 1,525 by 350mm on the MDM 1000-AR. Positional and repeatable accuracies of 0.006and 0.003mm, respectively, guarantee consistent, high-quality results in demanding production settings.
The integrated DynaPath control system provides conversational and ISO/G-code programming, 64GB of onboard storage, 10,000-block look-ahead capability, and full Wi-Fi connectivity. Additional features include DXF editing, tool path and 3D simulation, macro-programming, and programmable spindle control — all displayed on a 15.6” touchscreen with a Manual Pulse Generator as standard.
A notable feature on both models is MACH’s industry-leading ‘Remote Assist’ service — a free, 24/7, Wi-Fi-enabled support system offering expert applications and technical assistance for the lifetime of the machine, including free software updates and a maximum 20-minute response time.
Dave Andrew, Managing Director of the Vigilance Group, said: “MACH’s Remote Assist is ground-breaking and a real game-changer. The 20-minute maximum response time keeps machine downtime to an absolute minimum — and the price will make your jaw drop and the guys in Accounts smile.”
