With the three new machine from Warwick Machine Tools installed and running at OGM Moulding Innovations Chloe Reeve from MTDCNC takes a look at what it’s done for their business. William Rose from OGM explains the three new machines, all from Excetek,, the HD30Z small hole EDM drilling machine, the V400G EDM wire machine and the ED3400 Die Sink machine have transformed their production times. With their main customers wanting fine intricate medical parts, the machines are set up to act like a production line helping to speed up production times and quality to offer a better service to their customers. With full training from Warwick Machine Tools, William says the new machines were so user friendly and easy to use he picked up the basics in less than a day. Since their installation the new machines have been running virtually none stop with some jobs running past the end of the day, but the team at OGM are happy to go home and let the machines complete their jobs, such is their confidence in them. With plans to upgrade older equipment with more machines from Warwick Machine Tools OGM Moulding Innovations look set for a rosy future.
