Trimble has announced the winners of the 2025 Asset Lifecycle Management Awards, recognizing organizations that have made a significant impact through innovative use of digital construction and asset lifecycle management technologies. The program celebrates municipalities, public sector bodies, and private organizations that are leveraging Trimble’s solutions to enhance infrastructure planning, operations, and maintenance.
Trimble’s asset lifecycle management software enables unified data-driven workflows for managing infrastructure assets efficiently. This year’s awards highlight outstanding achievements across four categories — Infinity, Excellence, Growth, and Trailblazer — each acknowledging unique ways digital transformation is reshaping infrastructure management.
The Infinity Award, Trimble’s highest honor, was awarded to three organizations demonstrating exceptional implementation of digital asset management practices. The Detroit Water and Sewage Department earned recognition for developing a centralized data ecosystem that provides real-time insights, enabling proactive asset management and significantly reducing water main failures. The City of South San Francisco transitioned its Cityworks software to Trimble Unity Maintain, achieving 100% mobile field operations and resolving more than 72,000 citizen service requests, improving efficiency and public satisfaction. Meanwhile, the City of Lawrence, Kansas was honored for integrating Trimble’s tools into its capital improvement and maintenance systems, streamlining workflows and boosting operational efficiency with a lean team.
Cyndee Hoagland, Senior Vice President of Owner and Public Sector at Trimble, praised the winners, stating, “These honorees achieved meaningful outcomes — boosting efficiency, affordability, asset performance, and sustainability — by connecting data, teams, and workflows across the entire asset lifecycle.”
The Excellence Awards recognized organizations that demonstrated enterprise-wide problem-solving capabilities. Honorees included the New York State Department of Transportation, Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District, Orange County Utilities, City of Brampton, MetroConnects, and Columbus Water Works. Each showcased strategic use of Trimble technology to optimize resource utilization and operational transparency.
The Growth Awards celebrated agencies that achieved significant digital transformation milestones. Among the recipients were the New Mexico Department of Transportation, City of Tampa, St. Louis Lambert International Airport, City of Des Plaines, and Lucas County, Ohio — all of whom made remarkable strides in modernizing infrastructure systems.
The Trailblazer Awards acknowledged pioneers in innovation and system integration, including the Minnesota Department of Transportation, Wisconsin Department of Administration, Great Neck Water Pollution Control District, Metropolitan Airports Commission (MSP), Greenville Utilities Commission, and City of Springfield. These organizations stood out for merging digital data ecosystems to drive smarter decision-making and future-ready asset management.
A total of 20 honorees were celebrated during a special ceremony at the Trimble Innovate User Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah, held from October 15 to 17, 2025. The event drew nearly 1,200 attendees, including customers, partners, and industry leaders, who explored the latest strategies and technologies shaping the future of infrastructure lifecycle management.
Trimble’s award committee, composed of seven senior company leaders, selected winners through multiple rounds of blind, criteria-based evaluation. This rigorous process ensures recognition of projects that truly exemplify innovation and measurable impact.
Trimble continues to lead the transformation of how the physical and digital worlds connect. With expertise in precision positioning, modeling, and data analytics, Trimble enables industries such as construction, geospatial, and transportation to work smarter and more efficiently. By empowering organizations to optimize infrastructure from inception through operation, Trimble remains at the forefront of advancing global productivity and sustainability.
