Jason Toyne from Mintdale summed it up nicely, ‘Love It’. Their first foray into sliding head technology was an obvious choice, a Citizen L32 XII. Fully specced, a huge choice of tools and Axis, including a fully simultaneous B-Axis, and all on a small footprint. This has resulted in massive cycle time reductions, but it’s not just the tooling, programming etc, it’s also the speed of the barfeed.
