Mr Uwe Hessler from Mapal talks to MTDCNC about their extensive apprenticeship scheme which dates back to 1975. At present Mr Hessler tells us that Mapal currently invest in 105 apprentices at Mapal in Aalen – Germany, however a total of 330 apprentices in all Mapal factories. Incredibly Mapal are proud to say that every apprentice that makes it through the scheme takes a position at Mapal, what a fantastic result to all the training and support that Mr Hessler and has team offer to young leaners.
