Print Your Go/No Gauge

As much as they’ve enjoyed playing around with their Fortus 380MC 3D Printer printing things from Fidget Cubes, Hinges and Batman busts, they had to do some real work yesterday which was printing some go/no gauge blocks for some regular components we make.

This speeds up the inspection process no end as they can individually check the parts at any stage using the printed blocks.

They used NylonCF for these blocks and printed it like a mesh inside to reduce the weight whilst keeping its integrity strength (see next photo in comments).

They can run this machine 24 hours 7 days a week, so if you have anything needed in a hurry, or just need some components making such as jaws, jigs or fixtures then drop me a message and we can discuss your requirements.
