MTDCNCLast viewed Just a quick video of a part being machined at Empire Manufacturing where they recently invested in a Star 20R Type G. This gives the guidebush / non-guidebush option enabling manufacture of smaller components. Not only that, the improved performance of the machine has meant an 18% cycle time reduction. Not bad if you are producing batch runs of 1,000’s at a time.
