Denilson Misiti Appointed Managing Director of MAPAL do Brazil

MAPAL Group has announced the appointment of Denilson Misiti as the new Managing Director of MAPAL do Brazil, effective April 9, 2025. Misiti takes over leadership from Conrado Couto Diniz, who transitioned to MAPAL Italia earlier this year and had continued to support MAPAL Brazil during the interim.

With over three decades of experience in the precision tooling industry and executive leadership roles within international organizations, Denilson Misiti brings a deep understanding of the Brazilian manufacturing landscape. His most recent position was as General Manager of MAPAL HiTECO TMS do Brazil, where he led tool management services and implemented strategic initiatives focused on operational efficiency and customer value.

Misiti is widely respected for his hands-on leadership style, his strong orientation toward achieving strategic sales and financial targets, and his ability to empower and develop high-performing teams. His extensive background in both technical and business aspects of the precision tooling industry makes him well-positioned to lead MAPAL do Brazil through its next phase of growth and innovation.

To ensure a smooth transition, outgoing Managing Director Conrado Couto Diniz will work closely with Misiti during the handover period. Diniz’s move to MAPAL Italia marks a new chapter in his long-standing career within the MAPAL Group, and his ongoing support reflects the company’s commitment to stability and continuity across its international operations.

In addition to his new role, Denilson Misiti will temporarily continue as Managing Director of MAPAL HiTECO TMS do Brazil until a successor is appointed. This dual responsibility underscores his leadership capabilities and the trust placed in him by MAPAL’s executive leadership team.

MAPAL do Brazil, a key subsidiary of the Germany-based MAPAL Group, plays a critical role in delivering high-precision cutting tools and services to the Brazilian and broader Latin American markets. Under Misiti’s guidance, the company is expected to strengthen its market position and deepen its partnerships across key industrial sectors, including automotive, aerospace, and general machining.

MAPAL Group welcomes Denilson Misiti to his new position and looks forward to continued growth and success in Brazil under his leadership.
