Process control provided by an Equator flexible gauge in a dual-robot grinding cell. The Equator system in the ANCA cell allows constant monitoring and adjustment of grinding operations. This means that any process drift is quickly corrected, for example as a result of tool wear, improving part quality and manufacturing capability. Fully integrated part loading and part status is enabled by the easily configured Equator EZ-IO software and interface.
