Joe talks about cutting titanium on his ROBODRILL machines. Initially he was running the parts on a traditional 15k spindle VMC, thanks to the ROBODRILL installation they have now reduced machining time by 30% thanks to the faster spindle speeds, the ATC changing time and the overall performance of the machine. Also importantly the tolerance on the titanium parts was very tight. The end result here is Joe now has 12 ROBODRILL machines.
