Sam Jones from Wardown Engineering had never used a slider before, so expectedly he was a little nervous when the Citizen Cincom L20 Type VIII LFV turned up. He needn’t have worried! The ease of use of the machine, the offline programming, Alkart Wizard, and the sales and support have meant that Sam is now looking forward to his next one!
