We talk with Anthony Barker, Service Manager, who talks us through not only the ability to keep those lasers cutting and those press brakes pressing but also how they have an experienced team to support their clients.
Not only that, they are proactive in their approach, actively reviewing machines to pre-empt any service requirements. And, last but not least, they want client feedback – whilst they like to make sure everything goes smoothly, we all have to accept things go wrong occasionally.
