Spinner TC300 Redefines CNC Milling Precision

The Spinner TC300, now showcased by Whitehouse Machine Tools, offers remarkable capabilities in the CNC machining sector. Designed for efficiency and precision, it cuts through steel with ease, capable of handling billets up to 200mm in diameter with a 400mm turning length.

Despite its compact design, the TC300 provides a flexible work environment. It boasts an 80mm Y-axis stroke and a powerful 16kW driven turret, enabling it to manage complex turn/mill operations seamlessly in one setup.

Recently demonstrated, the TC300 executed a heavy 3mm roughing cut at a feed rate of 0.4mm per revolution. This was followed by an adaptive groove-turn cycle for the radius and a 50mm across flats hex milling cycle. These operations were facilitated by WTO live tooling blocks, with essential support from tooling experts Cutwel Ltd and Tungaloy-NTK UK.
