The new Zodiac is a high-performance end mill for roughing and finishing complex surfaces and features as well as 3D forms and contour milling. Its sub-micron carbide substrate and Xred coating make the Zodiac suitable for use on steel, stainless steels, Ni-alloys, titanium, PH materials, tools steels and cast iron.
As well as exceptional performance, the Quickgrind Zodiac impresses with its ability to undertake high speed and feed machining. Generating increased productivity through high metal removal rates, the special coating technology on the Zodiac enhances chip flow whilst giving high wear resistance to the end user.
