Titan Machinery Sales, a key division of All World Machinery Supply, is set to relocate its Lake Zurich operations to All World’s newly expanded headquarters in Roscoe, Illinois, by February 2025. This strategic move into a facility enlarged by 40,000 square feet aims to elevate Titan’s capabilities in machine sales, servicing, and rebuilding while improving operational efficiency across All World’s divisions.
Since the start of the expansion in June, All World’s contractor, CORD Construction, has been working on enlarging the Roscoe headquarters to a substantial 130,000 square feet. The upgraded facility will allow Titan Machinery Sales access to an advanced 30,000-square-foot area tailored for more extensive rebuilds, larger equipment, and complex machinery. This includes a state-of-the-art clean room, paint booth, and a newly designed showroom equipped to feature live demonstrations and testing of various machine accessory products and Okamoto surface grinders provided by Titan.
Mitch Koepp, Sr. Director of Operations at All World, highlighted the value of this move for Titan’s customers, noting that the new space will enable quicker turnaround times and greater capacity to handle larger machines, offering an even higher standard of service. “By relocating Titan into our expanded Roscoe facility, we’re building a central hub for advanced machine rebuilds and customization, supporting our mission to deliver responsive, top-tier solutions to our customers,” Koepp added.
The new showroom, set to open in mid-December, will allow customers to experience hands-on demonstrations and machine testing, providing a comprehensive view of Titan’s and All World’s offerings. The proximity to All World’s engineering team and $15 million inventory of machine parts will further facilitate customized solutions and faster service, enabling Titan to meet the growing demands of its customers.
Acquired by All World in 2021, Titan Machinery Sales has become a go-to provider for Okamoto grinders and offers a range of services from retrofitting to nationwide rebuild and repair. With the addition of Arrow Workholding Solutions, a former Rockford-based company acquired in 2022, All World is building a complete service ecosystem to cater to machine tool applications across diverse industries, including manufacturing, automotive, and aerospace sectors.
Mike Russell, All World’s Director of Service, echoed the significance of the expansion, stating, “With more space, cutting-edge resources, and access to our in-house engineering capabilities, Titan is in a prime position to elevate the service experience for our customers.”
Since All World’s headquarters moved from Harvard, Illinois, to Roscoe in 2015, the company has seen consistent growth, maintaining an average annual growth rate of 20%. This latest expansion underscores All World’s commitment to scaling its services and facilities to meet the evolving needs of the U.S.
