Tembo Global Industries Commences Commercial Production at New Vasai Manufacturing Facility!
Tembo Global Industries Limited has commenced commercial production at its newly established manufacturing facility in Vasai, marking an important milestone in the company’s long-term expansion and capacity-building strategy. The start of operations at this site represents a significant step in strengthening Tembo’s manufacturing footprint while positioning the company to support growing demand across multiple industrial segments.
The Vasai facility spans approximately 120,000 square feet and has been developed with a capital investment of around ₹75 crore. With the commissioning of this plant, Tembo’s total installed manufacturing capacity is expected to reach nearly 100,000 metric tonnes, with additional expansion planned over the next two to three years. As operations scale up, the company expects the facility to support annual revenue potential of up to ₹700 crore, underlining its importance to Tembo’s future growth plans.
The new plant significantly enhances Tembo’s ability to manufacture its core range of engineered products, including pipe support systems, fasteners, anchors, HVAC components, anti-vibration systems and other precision metal products used across industrial, commercial and utility applications. These products cater to a wide customer base spanning infrastructure development, energy projects, utilities and original equipment manufacturers, where consistent quality, reliability and timely delivery are critical.
