Schmalz India Unveils All-New VacuMaster at BLECH India 2025!

Schmalz India, a leader in vacuum automation and material handling systems, has officially unveiled its next-generation VacuMaster vacuum lifter at BLECH India 2025 in Mumbai. The unveiling event, which took place at Booth D2, Hall 3, was attended by industry professionals and marked a significant milestone in Schmalz India’s commitment to advancing safety, ergonomics, and energy efficiency in the material handling industry.

The new VacuMaster is designed to address the needs of industries like sheet metal, woodworking, and plastic sheets, offering an efficient solution for handling heavy, flat, non-porous materials. With a lifting capacity of up to 750 kg, the VacuMaster allows a single operator to safely and efficiently handle large materials, eliminating the need for slings, chains, or additional personnel. This not only increases productivity but also improves workplace safety.

Mr. Philip Mani, Managing Director of Schmalz India, shared his enthusiasm, stating, “With the new VacuMaster, we are helping our customers reduce operational costs while enhancing productivity and workplace safety. This is more than just a vacuum lifter — it’s a smart investment in sustainable and efficient operations.”

The VacuMaster is powered by a high-performance electric vacuum pump, ensuring smooth handling of suction-tight workpieces. One of its standout features is the automatic on/off control of the vacuum pump, which helps maintain optimal vacuum pressure and boosts energy efficiency. The lifter also comes equipped with digital and analogue vacuum gauges, providing precise, real-time monitoring of vacuum levels to enhance operational control.

For added safety, the system includes a vacuum reservoir, which ensures load security in the event of a power failure, and a manual slide valve with double actuation for additional safety measures.

The VacuMaster’s design is incredibly adaptable. Its suction plates are capable of adjusting to diverse surfaces, and the integrated Flexo Link allows each suction cup to independently adapt to contoured surfaces, ensuring a secure grip on uneven workpieces. For varying sizes, the pad disconnector enables selective activation of suction cups, making the system suitable for a wide range of materials and shapes. The quick-connect electrical system simplifies integration, while ergonomic features reduce human fatigue, improving overall operational efficiency.

To provide a comprehensive solution, Schmalz India offers integrated packages that include the VacuMaster, jib cranes, and chain hoists, all optimized for safety and performance in demanding industrial environments. These packages are ideal for industries looking to streamline their CNC machine loading processes, providing a seamless, safe, and ergonomic method for part handling directly at the machine.

Schmalz India, a 100% subsidiary of J. Schmalz GmbH (Germany), was founded in April 1999. The company has since become a leading provider of vacuum-based material handling products in India. Schmalz offers a complete range of products, including vacuum components for pick-and-place operations, robotic end effectors for packaging, ergonomic vacuum lifting systems, and vacuum clamping systems. The VacuMaster’s debut at BLECH India 2025 signifies Schmalz India’s continued commitment to innovation in vacuum automation and material handling systems. With its focus on energy efficiency, safety, and ergonomics, the VacuMaster is set to revolutionize the way industries handle large and heavy materials. Schmalz India’s innovative solutions, combined with its advanced technology and market expertise, ensure that the company remains a leader in providing efficient and sustainable material handling solutions for a wide range of sectors.
