Bringing nearly a decade of experience in the manufacturing sector, Pandya’s career spans capital equipment, CNC machining, and application engineering, making him well-suited to address the complex needs of today’s machining environments. He previously held roles at Jyoti CNC Automation and in the Special Purpose Machine Division of Kennametal India, where he contributed to customized solutions for precision manufacturing challenges.
Pandya’s academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Windsor, equipping him with a strong foundation in process optimization and systems analysis. Additionally, he is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a distinction awarded by the Project Management Institute, which underscores his capability in leading structured, results-oriented initiatives for customers.
In his new position, Dhaval Pandya will be responsible for providing on-ground technical support to customers, troubleshooting manufacturing bottlenecks, and identifying opportunities to implement advanced tooling solutions that drive efficiency, consistency, and cost-effectiveness. His territory covers key industrial hubs in Western Ontario—regions known for their vibrant automotive, aerospace, and general machining sectors.
