SABIC is set to present a broad portfolio of next-generation material solutions at PlastIndia 2026, underlining its long-term commitment to India’s fast-growing industrial and manufacturing ecosystem. Exhibiting with the theme “Shaping Tomorrow Together,” SABIC will demonstrate how advanced material science, combined with deep technical expertise, is enabling progress across mobility, energy, infrastructure, packaging and consumer applications.
At PlastIndia 2026, SABIC will highlight how its materials support key industry transitions such as electrification, lightweighting, and the adoption of renewable materials and energy. The MOVE zone focuses on electric mobility and automotive solutions, showcasing materials that enable lightweight structures, improved safety and long-term durability. A key highlight is SABIC’s MEGAMOLDING™ platform, which allows the production of large, high-performance thermoplastic components such as battery enclosures. This approach supports greater design freedom, improved manufacturing efficiency and robust infrastructure for electric vehicles.
In the BUILD zone, SABIC presents materials developed for piping and construction applications that offer long-term mechanical strength and enhanced resistance to cracking. Compared with traditional metal solutions, these materials significantly reduce weight while supporting safer water distribution systems and more resilient, future-ready infrastructure.
