Rockwell Automation Showcases Smart Manufacturing Innovations for Life Sciences at CPHI & PMEC India 2025!
Rockwell Automation highlighted its advanced smart manufacturing and digital transformation capabilities at CPHI & PMEC India 2025, held in November in the Delhi National Capital Region. The company demonstrated how its technology portfolio is helping life sciences manufacturers address rising operational complexity, stringent regulatory requirements, and the growing need for data-driven, sustainable production models.
At the exhibition, Rockwell Automation focused on the evolving challenges faced by pharmaceutical and life sciences manufacturers, including increasing production volumes, compliance with global quality standards, and heightened concerns around cybersecurity. Solutions such as FactoryTalk® Analytics™ VisionAI™, GuardianAI™, and LogixAI® illustrated how predictive analytics, machine vision, and intelligent automation can optimize processes, reduce deviations, and enhance overall productivity. By leveraging AI, manufacturers can proactively identify issues, improve yield, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Digital transformation capabilities were further emphasized through demonstrations of Emulate3D™ digital twin software. This technology allows manufacturers to virtually design, test, and commission production systems before physical deployment, reducing risk, shortening project timelines, and improving collaboration across engineering and operations teams. Such virtual validation is particularly valuable in regulated industries where changes must be carefully assessed before implementation.

In parallel, cybersecurity solutions tailored for industrial and life sciences environments demonstrated how manufacturers can protect critical systems and data against evolving threats.
