Reiter’s Custom Welding, Inc., a long-established provider of steel fabrication, metal processing, and contract manufacturing services, has completed the acquisition and official closing of a new 40,000-square-foot facility in Glendale, Arizona. The expansion marks a significant milestone in the company’s long-term growth strategy and strengthens its ability to deliver precision-engineered metal solutions across a broad range of industries, including construction, automotive, oil and gas, agriculture, infrastructure, defence, medical, electrical, and industrial manufacturing.

The new facility reflects Reiter’s continued investment in high-accuracy manufacturing, modern production technologies, and reliable customer delivery. Founder and President Don Reiter described the expansion as a deeply personal achievement, highlighting the company’s journey from a small family-run operation to a trusted fabrication partner. He noted that the new site stands as a testament to the dedication of the team and provides a strong foundation for the next generation of leadership.

Vice President Donald Reiter emphasized that the expansion is designed to prepare the business for the future of manufacturing. The additional space allows for greater automation, integration of advanced equipment, and improved workflow across engineering, production, and quality functions—enabling faster changeovers, cleaner processes, and more consistent output.

According to Ross Reiter, Director of Operations and Business Development, the new facility significantly increases capacity to take on larger and more complex projects while maintaining the fast turnaround times customers expect. The layout and technology investments support scalable growth without compromising quality or reliability.

The Glendale site will be equipped with automated laser cutting, waterjet cutting, press brake forming, manual and robotic welding, and comprehensive fabrication systems. Dedicated areas for engineering, quality assurance, and logistics are incorporated into a workflow-optimised layout that also allows for future equipment additions.

Representing an eight-figure investment, the expansion covers both property acquisition and a series of advanced equipment installations, with further announcements planned in the coming months. Operations will continue uninterrupted during the transition, and full-scale operations at the new facility are expected by mid–Q1 2026, ensuring continuity of service and delivery for customers.
