REGO-FIX Announces Leadership Appointments at North American Headquarters!
REGO-FIX USA has announced a series of leadership changes at its North American headquarters in Whitestown, Indiana, as part of its continued operational growth across the United States and Canada.
Jeff Schemel has been appointed president of REGO-FIX USA, following his previous role as general manager. In his new position, Schemel is responsible for overseeing all business activities in the U.S. and Canada, including sales, service and customer-facing operations. His appointment reflects the company’s focus on strengthening regional leadership as demand for precision tooling systems continues to grow.
David McHenry has been promoted to vice-president of engineering. With nearly 29 years at REGO-FIX, McHenry previously served as senior engineering manager and Centre for Machining Excellence manager. In his expanded role, he will oversee engineering and technical teams while continuing to lead daily operations, training initiatives and events at the REGO-FIX Centre for Machining Excellence.
Jeremy Kirkbride has been promoted to vice-president of operations after serving as manager of operations. With 26 years of experience at the company, Kirkbride will oversee customer service and warehouse operations, supporting efficient order fulfillment and service performance throughout North America.
Chris Herdman has assumed the role of technical manager. Having been with REGO-FIX for nearly 12 years, most recently as technical supervisor within the engineering and technical department, Herdman will manage day-to-day technical team operations and ensure consistent support for customers and distribution partners.
These leadership appointments underscore REGO-FIX USA’s commitment to strengthening its organizational structure, enhancing customer support and sustaining operational excellence as it expands its presence in the North American metalworking market.
