This was heightened by a recent announcement that was shared without prior coordination, so we felt it important to clarify the situation openly and promptly.

Tony Gunn is no longer creating content on behalf of MTDCNC. Tony played an important role in helping us grow our US audience and customer base, and we remain genuinely grateful for his energy, commitment, and the quality of work he delivered.

To help remove the ongoing confusion, we have respectfully requested that Tony discontinue the use of any MTDCNC trademarked or copyrighted materials and remove MTDCNC trademarked content from platforms not operated by MTDCNC. Some of this content has remained visible in recent weeks, which has contributed to misunderstanding in the marketplace.

Going forward, this step ensures that MTDCNC trademarked content remains firmly and exclusively on MTDCNC’s official channels. Therefore, if you wish to view any content Tony filmed whilst working for MTDCNC, you will only be able to find this on our platforms moving forward.

The content he produced during our collaboration will continue to be available across the appropriate MTDCNC platforms, and we will be in touch with our US clients shortly to discuss next steps.
