Under his guidance, PROLIM aims to achieve an ambitious sales target of \$10 million annually, while also strengthening its consulting and delivery ecosystem. One of his key responsibilities will be to mentor consultants and delivery teams, cultivating a culture of innovation, excellence, and customer-centricity. By fostering collaboration between sales, consulting, and technology divisions, he will ensure PROLIM continues to deliver measurable outcomes, from improving operational efficiency to accelerating time-to-market for enterprise clients. His efforts will also include overseeing strategic project execution, enhancing customer engagement, and expanding PROLIM’s service capabilities across industries such as automotive, aerospace, healthcare, and manufacturing.
