Pennant, a Columbus, Ohio-based manufacturing solutions provider, has announced the strategic acquisition of Miami Valley Laser Fabrication, located in Sidney, Ohio. Under the new ownership, the Sidney facility will now operate as Pennant Metal Fabrication, continuing its operations at the same location while integrating seamlessly into Pennant’s broader industrial framework.

This acquisition complements Pennant’s existing operations, which include two key divisions:

• Pennant Solutions Group – delivering comprehensive global supply chain services, such as plastic injection molding, precision machining, powder metal, fasteners, and multislide component production.
