Pavna Sunworld Autotech Begins Supplying Oil Pumps to Hero MotoCorp, Marking Major Milestone in OEM Partnership!

In a significant boost to its OEM portfolio, Pavna Sunworld Autotech Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Pavna Industries Ltd, has commenced the production and supply of oil pumps to Hero MotoCorp, India’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer. The components will be used in Hero’s flagship motorcycle models—Splendor and Glamour—and will cater to all six of the company’s manufacturing facilities across India.

Initial deliveries began on July 14, 2025, with production volumes expected to ramp up to 50,000 units per month within the next three to four months. This strategic supply agreement underscores Pavna Industries’ growing prominence as a trusted supplier of critical automotive components to leading OEMs.

The company specializes in a wide range of essential parts including ignition switches, fuel caps, locks, throttle bodies, casting components, and now oil pumps.

Pavna’s diverse client base includes prominent names such as Bajaj Auto, Royal Enfield, TVS, Honda, Mahindra, Escorts, and Ashok Leyland, along with new-age EV manufacturers like Revolt and Tork Motors.
