Northrop Grumman constructed a new facility to support Kirtland Air Force Base and other US military clients with space systems engineering, integrated mission operations, and cybersecurity. The ceremony was attended by U.S. Senator Martin Heinrich, Senator Ben Ray Lujan, and Cyrus Dhalla, vice president and general manager, tactical space systems, Northrop Grumman. Northrop Grumman’s vice president of space security systems, Matt Verock, stated, “this close proximity to our customers further enhances our ability to support their rapidly evolving needs in space.”
The 25,000-square-foot building will provide services to customers across the company’s enterprise in the areas of space system mission management and operations, as well as cybersecurity. Northrop Grumman announced its intention to occupy a standalone building at the new mixed-use development as the first.
