Mazars Achieves Remarkable Double-Digit Growth for Third Consecutive Year
Global professional services firm Mazars continues its impressive growth trajectory, achieving double-digit revenue growth for the third consecutive year. In the fiscal year 2022/2023, Mazars recorded a remarkable 13% increase in revenue, reaching a total fee income of €2.8 billion. While 43% of this revenue stemmed from traditional audit services, the remaining portion was generated from various other areas of practice, including consulting, deals, financial advisory, tax, legal, and outsourcing.
Hervé Hélias, CEO and Chairman of Mazars, attributed the company’s success to its unique integrated partnership model and the quality of its multidisciplinary offering. Despite ongoing market uncertainty, Mazars experienced growth across all services, with sustainability services and consulting emerging as the fastest-growing service lines at 71% and 21.3%, respectively.
The company’s performance was particularly strong in Europe and North America, with notable growth in France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Latin America also emerged as a star performer, achieving an impressive 26% revenue growth compared to the previous year.
Looking ahead, Mazars is poised for further expansion through its merger with Forvis in the US, expected to boost its footprint by $1.7 billion. This strategic move brings Mazars closer to its goal of securing a top 10 position in the world’s largest accounting and consulting networks, as the firm currently holds the 14th place.
With more than 50,000 professionals spanning over 100 countries and territories worldwide, Mazars remains committed to supporting international growth and helping clients confidently build and grow their businesses in the years to come.
