Mazak Corp. has once again pushed the boundaries of multitasking machine technology with the launch of its Integrex i-350S Neo, a next-generation machining solution that blends turning, milling, and, for the first time, grinding capabilities into a single, highly versatile platform. Built on Mazak’s renowned “Done-in-One” concept, this new machine is designed to deliver unprecedented precision, efficiency, and automation readiness for a wide range of manufacturing environments.

The Integrex i-350S Neo demonstrates Mazak’s commitment to creating machines that not only reduce setup times but also minimize process steps. By integrating grinding alongside turning and milling, manufacturers can now complete complex parts with exceptional surface finishes and tighter tolerances without moving them between machines. This integration enhances part quality, eliminates secondary operations, and significantly boosts throughput. Both spindles operate at 4,000 rpm, enabling high-performance cutting, while the milling spindle comes standard with a 12,000 rpm speed and is optionally available at 20,000 rpm. With a 1500 U-style bed, the machine can process parts up to nearly 60 inches long, and with a 2500 U-style bed, up to almost 98 inches, covering a wide spectrum of production demands.

The i-350S Neo offers multiple tool magazine configurations, including ergonomic front-mounted designs for seamless compatibility with bar feeders, gantry loaders, and unloaders, as well as rear-mounted options for shops employing floor-mounted robots.
