Mazak Opens Registration for DISCOVER 2025: North America’s Premier Manufacturing Innovation Event!

Mazak Corporation has officially opened registration for DISCOVER 2025, its highly anticipated biennial manufacturing event, set to take place from October 6–10, 2025, at Mazak’s North American headquarters in Florence, Kentucky. Promising the largest live machine tool display in the U.S., the event will feature over 30 machines in action, along with technology showcases, technical presentations, and factory tours—making it a must-attend event for manufacturers aiming to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.

DISCOVER 2025 will be structured around four Action Areas—Advanced Machining, High-Volume Production, Multi-Tasking Technology, and Shop Solutions—each designed to highlight cutting-edge technologies that boost productivity, flexibility, and efficiency. Live demonstrations will showcase Mazak’s latest innovations in 5-axis machining, Swiss-type turning, DONE IN ONE® part processing, grinding integration, and cost-effective compact solutions for shops of all sizes.

In the Advanced Machining Action Area, attendees will experience the latest VARIAXIS C-, i-, and i-NEO Series vertical machining centers, alongside HCN NEO horizontal machining platforms engineered for complex, high-precision parts.

The High-Volume Production zone will spotlight the SYNCREX Series of Swiss-type machines and the next-gen HQR 250/3 NEO CNC turning center, optimized for the efficient machining of small, high-precision parts at scale.

Mazak’s renowned INTEGREX and QUICK TURN Series will dominate the Multi-Tasking Action Area, where the power of single-setup, multi-surface machining will be on full display. Also featured will be grinding integration packages for INTEGREX i-H and HYBRID Series machines, showcasing automated O.D., I.D., face, and inclined grinding—all within one setup for superior accuracy and reduced costs.

The Shop Solutions Area will present the Ez Series—Mazak’s value-driven lineup designed for small to medium-sized operations. A highlight will be the VTC-Ez Series Vertical Traveling Column Machining Center, offering expanded capabilities in a compact, automation-ready format powered by SmoothEz CNC.

Beyond machining, DISCOVER 2025 will offer a hands-on look at Mazak’s automation portfolio, including the Ez LOADER cobot system and the PALLETECH High-Rise System (PHS), enabling businesses to explore scalable automation strategies.
