Mazak Launches New Laser-Cutting Machine for Live Demonstrations in Ontario!

Mazak Optonics Corporation has unveiled the OPTIPLEX NEO flat sheet laser-cutting machine at its Canada Technology Center in Cambridge, Ontario. The facility, which already showcases various machine tool technologies like turning centers and multi-tasking machines, now offers Canadian fabricators the opportunity to experience live demonstrations of the OPTIPLEX 3015 NEO 20kW laser-cutting machine.

Starting in November 2024, interested customers can book appointments for personalized cutting demonstrations and gain insights into the latest in laser and automation technology from Mazak’s expert team. The OPTIPLEX NEO machines are available in power configurations ranging from 4kW to 20kW, with options for 3015 or 4220 machine sizes. These systems incorporate advanced beam shape and diameter control, allowing automatic adjustments to optimize cutting performance across a range of materials.

Designed for ease of use, the OPTIPLEX NEO features large front and side access doors, as well as the MAZATROL SmoothLx CNC system, which includes dual 21.5” touchscreens. The CNC’s rotating design offers operators flexibility to work from either the front or side of the machine, allowing for a more efficient workflow.
