Mastercam and DMG MORI Technium USA have announced a strategic partnership aimed at improving manufacturing efficiency for machine shops across the United States. As part of this collaboration, DMG MORI Technium will bundle Mastercam’s post processing software with select CNC machine tools, offering customers an integrated programming-to-production solution that reduces setup time and accelerates overall time to market.

The bundled solution will be available on several of DMG MORI Technium’s advanced machine platforms, including the CMX 1100 V vertical milling machines and NHX horizontal machining centers, both manufactured in the USA using domestic and globally sourced materials. The partnership also covers DMU and DMU monoBLOCK 5-axis milling machines, NLX universal turning centers, and NTX turn-mill centers, ensuring broad coverage across milling, turning, and multi-tasking applications.

With each eligible machine purchase, customers will receive Mastercam post processors that are specifically optimized for the selected DMG MORI machine model. These post processors are designed to ensure seamless communication between CAD/CAM programming and machine execution, enabling manufacturers to take full advantage of machine capabilities such as multi-axis motion, high-speed machining cycles, and built-in collision avoidance features.
