
Lyndex-Nikken Appoints Michael Ricketts as Product Manager – Automation, and Dwayne Perkins as Service Manager – Rotary Tables!

The company has named Michael Ricketts as Product Manager – Automation and Dwayne Perkins as Service Manager – Rotary Tables, further advancing its strategy to deliver innovation, expertise, and customer-focused service in the global manufacturing sector.
With more than 25 years of experience in industrial automation, Michael Ricketts brings deep knowledge of linear systems, automation distribution, and capital project execution. His career has spanned industries including automotive, aerospace, commercial trailer manufacturing, and metal fabrication, giving him a comprehensive perspective on the operational and production challenges faced by modern manufacturers. Known for his ability to identify customer pain points and implement measurable improvements, Ricketts has consistently helped companies increase production efficiency, optimize labor allocation to critical bottleneck areas, and improve overall throughput. At Lyndex-Nikken, he will be responsible for leading the growth of the company’s workholding and machine tending product lines, ensuring customers benefit from cutting-edge automation solutions tailored to their evolving needs. Ricketts holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville.
Joining alongside him is Dwayne Perkins, who assumes the role of Service Manager – Rotary Tables. Perkins brings extensive global experience in CNC equipment, having installed, serviced, and trained teams on a wide array of platforms, including Swiss screw machines, vertical and horizontal mills, and grinders. His career has taken him across industries such as automotive, medical, and aerospace manufacturing, where he developed a reputation for his passion for emerging technologies and commitment to knowledge sharing. Perkins’ journey in machining began at the age of 14 at the Edison Technical and Occupational Center, where he trained in turning, milling, and grinding. He went on to complete a four-year apprenticeship in Swiss screw machining, laying the foundation for a career that evolved into leadership positions at premier manufacturing companies. At Lyndex-Nikken, he will oversee rotary table service operations, with a focus on helping customers maximize performance, reliability, and uptime.
