LNS North America has unveiled the Chipblaster S Series, a state-of-the-art coolant delivery system designed to enhance cutting tool efficiency and productivity in CNC machining. This series is engineered to apply high-pressure coolant with pinpoint accuracy, ensuring optimal performance across a range of machining operations.

The S Series offers three versatile models to meet different industrial needs. The S-30 and S-30H provide a fixed 1,000 psi coolant pressure, while the SV-40 model allows variable pressure adjustment up to 1,000 psi, with an option for up to 2,000 psi upon request. Each unit includes a 42-gallon tank and supports up to eight configurable outlets, offering unparalleled flexibility in coolant delivery.

To maintain clean and efficient operations, the S Series features advanced filtration systems. The standard double cartridge filter ensures 10 μm filtration, with an optional upgrade to 5 μm for finer filtration. Additionally, users can opt for cyclone filters, capable of achieving ultra-precise 2 μm filtration, ensuring clean coolant that extends tool life and enhances machining precision.
