Kloeckner Metals Corp., a leading metal service center based in Roswell, GA, has announced its acquisition of Haley Tool & Stamping Inc., located in Franklin, TN. This acquisition is part of Kloeckner’s ongoing strategy to expand its footprint and strengthen its manufacturing capabilities across North America.

Haley Tool & Stamping operates a 50,000-square-foot facility in Franklin, TN, which is ideally located near Kloeckner’s KGS Steel facility in Nashville, its service center in Murfreesboro, TN, and its American Fabricators facility in Lebanon, TN. The facility is equipped with stamping presses ranging from 50 to 400 tons, along with advanced tooling and die-maintenance equipment, allowing it to provide high-quality, precision stamping solutions.
