Kavita Kurup brings over 25 years of leadership experience across a diverse range of industries, including Technology, Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), FMCG, Media, and Not-for-Profit sectors. With a proven track record in transforming people practices, she has driven business agility and workforce evolution across the organizations she has been part of. Her expertise lies in designing and executing large-scale, future-focused initiatives that enhance organizational performance and create value for businesses.

Before joining Cyient, Kavita was instrumental in shaping UST’s global people strategy across more than 30 countries. At UST, she focused on areas such as talent strategy, leadership development, diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I), culture building, and employee experience.
