Interarch Expands Manufacturing Capabilities with New High-Rise Steel Building Facility in Andhra Pradesh!

Interarch Building Solutions Limited, a leader in pre-engineered steel construction, has commenced operations at its new high-rise steel production facility in Attivaram, Andhra Pradesh. This expansion significantly strengthens the company’s ability to deliver large-scale steel structures, including multi-storey buildings, data centres, and specialized facilities for the semiconductor and electric vehicle (EV) industries. The new facility spans approximately 17,000 square metres within a 20-acre campus and is designed to enhance production output by 25,000 metric tonnes in its first phase.

The plant is equipped with advanced machinery sourced from both Europe and India, enabling rapid and sustainable construction even in challenging environmental conditions. The investment in this project is around INR 100 crore and is expected to generate over 200 direct and indirect jobs in the region. The foundation-laying ceremony was attended by senior executives and local leadership, highlighting the strategic importance of the project.

Manish Garg, CEO of Interarch Building Solutions, emphasized that the new facility strengthens the company’s presence in southern India and enhances its ability to serve clients in high-demand sectors. He noted that the company’s focus remains on delivering modern, efficient, and environmentally responsible steel structures while contributing to local employment and industrial growth. This facility is part of Interarch’s broader vision of building integrated and scalable manufacturing capabilities to meet evolving market demands.

This expansion complements the recently completed second phase of Interarch’s existing pre-engineered building (PEB) facility in Attivaram, which added another 25,000 metric tonnes of annual production capacity with an investment of INR 32 crore. Together, these facilities now form a fully integrated manufacturing hub, capable of supporting large-scale projects across multiple high-growth industries.

Strategically located near key industrial corridors and ports, the Attivaram facility will cater to sectors such as renewable energy, electric mobility, semiconductor manufacturing, and data infrastructure projects, particularly across southern and western India. The facility’s modern design and production capabilities allow for greater scalability and faster delivery of complex steel structures while maintaining high standards of quality and precision.

The new plant also emphasizes sustainability, incorporating energy-efficient systems and processes to minimize environmental impact while optimizing operational efficiency. By combining advanced technology, strategic location, and a skilled workforce, Interarch aims to address the growing demand for high-rise steel structures in India and strengthen its position as a preferred partner for industrial and commercial construction projects.

With this significant investment, Interarch is not only expanding its production capabilities but also reinforcing its commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainable growth in India’s rapidly evolving construction and industrial sectors. The Attivaram facility is poised to become a cornerstone of the company’s operations, supporting both domestic projects and regional industrial expansion.
