Inaugural Parts Finishing Trade Fair Set for November 2025 in Karlsruhe

The first-ever Parts Finishing trade fair will take place on 12–13 November 2025 at the Karlsruhe Exhibition Centre in Germany, providing a dedicated platform for showcasing solutions in deburring, component cleaning, and surface finishing. Organised by FairXperts GmbH & Co KG, the new event is designed to be both cost-effective and high-impact for exhibitors and attendees alike.

The show’s concept centres around facilitating efficient networking and market insight through a focused two-day format and turnkey booth packages, which start from 12m². These packages include floor space, quality booth construction, signage printing, power connection, and basic furnishings—keeping exhibitor costs and staffing needs to a minimum while ensuring a professional presence.

Nicolas Herdin, who became Managing Director of FairXperts in January 2025, commented:
“The concept of the new Parts Finishing trade fair is designed to help exhibitors achieve their goals with minimal investment. In today’s economic climate, it’s more important than ever to deliver value without complexity.”

The event will bring together the full spectrum of technologies covering the three key stages of parts finishing—from standalone machines to fully integrated systems. Exhibitors will showcase systems, tools, media, quality assurance solutions, and services within a single interdisciplinary platform, fostering strategic partnerships between complementary solution providers.

Target visitors include professionals from production management, planning, quality assurance, product and process development, and design. These attendees will gain a comprehensive overview of cutting-edge solutions and trends that can optimise essential finishing processes within parts production.

In addition to the exhibition, the event will feature a bilingual expert forum, with presentations held in both German and English. The forum will run across both days, focusing on practical applications, emerging technologies, and future developments in deburring, component cleaning, and surface finishing. This knowledge-sharing aspect enhances the overall value of attending for professionals looking to stay at the forefront of manufacturing innovation.

By limiting the event to just two days and offering an all-in-one exhibitor package, Parts Finishing 2025 aims to streamline trade show participation and maximise return on investment—an ideal solution for companies looking to connect, collaborate, and grow in today’s cost-conscious industrial landscape.
