The G0974 is engineered to support long, continuous operating cycles without strain on the user. At the core of the system is a four-point articulating arm with weight compensation, allowing smooth and precise movement across all axes. The arm features a double-sided grinding head with 180-degree rotation, enabling operators to switch instantly between mounted accessories without repositioning the workpiece. Two tools can be mounted simultaneously, significantly reducing changeover time and eliminating repetitive manual finishing steps.
To ensure stable and safe operation, the machine is equipped with a high-friction vacuum table that securely holds workpieces during grinding and polishing. Adjustable table sides and integrated hold-downs make it suitable for both large panels and smaller components. The vacuum table also functions as a downdraft system, drawing dust away from the operator and maintaining a cleaner working environment.

Power is delivered through a 1-hp, three-phase dual-spindle motor paired with a variable-speed spindle controlled by a VFD. The dual-spindle configuration makes it easy to switch between grinding, deburring, brushing, and edge-rounding operations, enhancing versatility across a wide range of applications.
