Cutwel, the UK’s leading specialist cutting tool distributor, has announced the appointment of Graeme Troughton as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Board Member, strengthening its senior leadership team as the business looks to its next phase of growth.
Graeme brings extensive experience in distribution led sales growth and global OEM leadership, with a proven track record of delivering sustained commercial success. During his previous tenure leading a global OEM subsidiary, he delivered five consecutive record years, doubling the size of the business, while strengthening customer relationships and expanding market reach.
As Chief Commercial Officer, Graeme will have responsibility for Sales, Marketing and Customer Service, he will play a key role in shaping Cutwel’s wider strategic direction. His focus will be on identifying new areas for growth and expansion, while maintaining and enhancing Cutwel’s strong market positioning and reputation for technical expertise and service excellence.
